Cristina Moreno

Sociology, University of Northern Nicaragua '10

cristinaCristina Maria Moreno is in her fourth year of study towards a degree in Sociology at the University of Northern Nicaragua, in Ocotal, Nueva Segovia. Christina chose Sociology because she believes that by better understanding individuals' and communities' problems, she can help them overcome obstacles. Cristina recognizes the challenges faced by women in Nicragua, and considers her achievements a step forward for women across the country.
