Help Educate is made up of three levels of management: the Board of Directors, the Management Team, and Nicaraguan Selection Committees. The Board of Directors is primarily responsible for strategic planning, public relations and fund raising duties but may participate in specific, regular operational activities. The Management Team is responsible for the majority of day-to-day operational activities and may work closely with the Board of Directors on specific subcommittee issues. Local, Nicaraguan Selection Committees are responsible for administering scholarships at the community level and report directly to the Management Team.
